What to bring:

✨A3 size or larger white heavy cardboard - you can get this in most craft shops/stationers

✨Scissors

✨Glue Stick, Pritt or similar - please don't bring PVA or liquid glue as they have a tendency to spill!

✨A recent photograph of yourself to place in the centre

✨Magazines or images that represent how you want to look and feel, what you want to do, where you want to go and how you wish to live your life in 2024 and beyond. DREAM BIG! I recommend things like lifestyle, health and fitness, fashion or specialist spiritual publications like Happinez (my personal favourite), Happiful, Kindred Spirit or Witches

 ✨Water (Cacao can be a little dehydrating) and a flask of your favourite tea

 ✨Yoga mat
